"World's first mobile 3D processor"
So, what's powering the Nintendo 3DS then?

By '3D', I think they mean stereoscopy, they really need to stop doing that. And why anyone would want such a pointless feature on a mobile device is beyond me.

Not if Apple were to add this feature to an Ipad though! It would become the next essential useless feature! :p:rolleyes:

The 3DS has stereoscopic 3D. OK, it's only going to an effective 400x240px, and it's using a glasses-free parallax barrier method rather than polarised or active shutter glasses, but it's still stereoscopic. So either they've sneaked Tegra 2.5 in there without anyone noticing, or nvidia are talking from an alternate orifice ;)

Shows how much I keep up with gimmick gadgets. ;)
Anyway, people calling stereoscopy '3D', should burn in a pit of hell fire. But that's another matter.
