So basically a Corsair H50 clone? Hardly exciting :(
It's a H50 radiator with a H70 pump/block/base, it will be nice to see how this compares to the H50.
It's just another asetek cooler but mixing parts from multiple previous models sold through corsair.
Lets face it these are nothing more than starter kits. Watercooling a CPU only is not particularly sensible, you will get just as good results and probably cheaper from a top ranked air cooler
Watercooling becomes far more sensible when you are cooling CPU and GPU. For those running SLI/Crossfire systems I would say that water cooling is clearly better than air cooling both for performace and noise.
But as a safe introduction to water cooling this kit is not bad
Beware Antec and anything 3rd party developed. Their warranty doesn't appear to work for items that aren't 100% Antec manufactured (in my experience).
Looks very much like the H-50, same OEM I hear?
