Pre-ordered. Looking forward to this one.
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
Could be worse TBH. How well it will run on those specs is another question.
Q6600, check. 4GB RAM, check. 8800GTX, check.
Apparently, my aging and venerable gaming rig can play Crysis 2
of course, whether it ever will or not is another matter entirely...
OH YE, im ready for this beast of a game, the graphics are going to be SWEET!!
EEEEHHH!!! very excited for this to be releasedthat is the kind of setup i had when the orginal crysis came out (came with my 8800gt as part of a promo deal) so my new system should be able to play this game fine
cant wait!
Am I the only one worry that the min spec hasn't moved on? Could be indication of a console port?
i'm hoping i'll be able to run this at 5760x1200 with my 2GB 5870................
i do have a 1090T at 3.6GHz and 8GB of memory, but it may not be enough to compensate for the lack of GPU grunt.
I've just been shock by some recent releases - Because the console are so far behind current PC tech they just aim for the lowest common denominater.
The new CryEngine is, as I understand it, designed to be very portable, and to be more efficient than the old one, so it makes sense for the reqs to not go up![]()
These aren't comparable to the minimum requirements for Crysis - they are comparable to the recommended requirements, as it says in the article.
