Seems a bit non-news to me. They'll be hard pressed to roll out a Windows Phone handset this year (though it's been confirmed that they aim to) never mind getting one out before October. Whether they'd have released NoDo device or not is pretty irrelevant when they're not capable of developing a handset fast enough to beat the Mango release.
