Shame about the price, but otherwise I'm surprised no-one really did this before. Makes perfect sense.
How are these cubes [sic] connected to the main system? the cables could end up being quite unwieldy.

I can see people using just the mobo case for a mod, using an external USB or eSATA optical drive for installs.

They've taken a Thermaltake Level 10 case and made the modules into cubes.
Interesting, I think.
It's not something new, IBM released the Aptiva S-series in 1999, with the drive bays in a separate module via SCSI cable to the tower back.

I really like the idea. Would be good for watercooling I would imagine as you would free up alot of space in the "main case" To mount radiators on the front and top.
