Good. Who reads the manuals anyway!
I love the game manuals. They're brilliant for using as coasters for cups of coffee.

Personally I find "in game" tutorials rather annoying ok useful if you have never played a game before, however having to sit though being taught wasd now look up .... BLAH! put it in a manual so I don't have to read it unless I need it and give me a few more REAL levels to a game insted.
You have to love the coding some times I normally remap all the keys, however the tutorials often still tell you the orginal keys rather than the remapped ones...

Most of the decent games just give you a choice, I'm sure that was the case in Guild Wars Nightfall. Can't remember any other examples but I'm sure it's not the only one.
I.e. you can take the dangerous low route that may contain enemies, or go on the mountain road that might just have the odd angry wolf [tutorial].
