I should have made a bet at the bookies! I would have been minted!! Doh!!
"Waits for iPhone 5 launch"
Slow news day?
That image has really disturbed me and i don't know why.
Emperor Jobs: "I sense a disturbance in the iForce - send out the iHounds, there will be much blood drawn today!"
iFighters, no?
No surprises here! A high demand item that it's in low supply is bound to sell out pretty quickly.
'we have a limited number of iphones coming in april to a select few shops, due to the limitedness of them there will be a price premium incurred, secure yours now for a small booking fee* and admin charge**, hurry, these will go fast'
* and **£25 non refundable
just my thoughts :D
They have all been bought by aidnjt - don't be fooled by his apparent animosity! :)
Hahaha, touché.
With no indication of how many iPad 2's were shipped to the UK in the first place, this article is really quite pointless and just another win for Apple in building hype behind the iPad and the general Apple brand.
wow. These guys are good! Why not just pick a number then say Apple sold between X and 2X in the first weekend.... oh wait.....Quote:
analysts are not sure how many iPad 2s have been sold in the UK so far but reckon Apple has shifted between 500,000 and 1m of its new slates in the US on the first weekend of launch.
Do agree with this. They are just plucking numbers out of thin air.
However, having said that, I think Apple does sales hype really well.
I didn't realise how much that thing was and just realised it is uber expensive but you still get people lining up and buying it.
£559 for a 64gb?? Wow.
£659 (let's just say £660), if you want to use your iPad more than ~30 metres from your home.
