    Looks like a lot of next- gen phones are going to beat them to it then.. seems like a riskier strategy. The Samsung Galaxy S 2 looks interesting to me and HTC are certainly on an exponential ascent.. also WP7 "Mango" update will be coming out too, which could be a dark-horse for the entry level to mid range market in the medium to long term.
    It's obvious, but it has to be said that Apple will have more competition than ever if this is true.
