Possibly related; KitGuru.net is reporting that Gygabyte "has made its last P67 mainboard and cancelled all future production". Maybe they're moving everything to the 68?

Interesting. I wonder what is "Touch BIOS", maybe UEFI finally???

I'm gonna be cynical and guess that it's just gonna be some gimmick that allows you to navigate the BIOS with a touchscreen. Which would essentially be pointless since the type of users who buy a Z68 mobo are not likely to be the type of users who own touchscreens.
