    And why do they not use copper on heatsinks anymore much better cooling than a painted piece of anodized aluminium

    Cooling isn't rate limited by transfer within the material (which copper is better at), but the metal-air interface, which anodized aluminium is better at. It's also probably cheaper and looks better (according to them).

    It's cheaper yes but its not better surely.
