Interesting - every core runs at a different speed? I would've expected at best that it would have 4 clock domains, one for each module. If it does have the fine a degree of performance control it should be a pretty power frugal processor...

Not if it needs 1.4V even in a downclocked state. Hopefully that's just early gremlins..

The article does suggest that the vcore and temp readings are due to a lack of compatibility: although you've got to wonder why AMD would demonstrate their own processor, using their own software, and not make sure they have a properly compatible version available...?

I love that desktop background, as well.
Only thing that saddens me is when widescreen users keep the taskbar on the bottom of the screen - especially when their screens are THIS wide.
