so instead of fixing the real issue, let people just report accounts at will.
anyway its something but will it be useful?
it will be nice when someone reports your account every day for spamming (maliciously or as a 'joke') and you have to unlock each time u log in...
perhaps when you reply to a spammer they will report you too... :o
