It's a bit early to be making assumptions like it being centralised. The opposite is the more likely model if it's to evade censorship efforts.

There will always be people attracted to the notion of an uncensored and somehow non mainstream environment, if it comes to exist I don't see why it wouldn't prove popular (well at least initially). I am far more curious to know where they would draw the line, after all there are quite a few good reasons to want some of us quiet.

If it's a suitably decentralised system, then *they* wont need any servers, at all. *They* will also not need a single shred of your data, or a user agreement, or any nonsense like that.
More to the point is why this is under gaming news....
