How about better 3G coverage first? I lose signal in most places I go. Most importantly home and work.

    Seconded.

Also EE / T-mobile / Orange have rubbish data allowances and rubbish 3.5g speeds unless your willing to pay for extra bundles on top of most internet packages.

EE / T-mobile / Orange should take a leaf out of Three on data packages and speeds before een trying to use more of their limited bandwidth.

Is that just newpackages? I'm currently paying £10/month and it includes unlimited data allowance (which equates to 3GB/month fair use).

I have a similar package to you and get full internet speeds (upto 2mb/s) and don't pay extra, but around January this year, all internet booster packs had their speeds reduced down to 3g speeds. Also the data was capped at 500mb per month. To get past this you have to pay extra for an additional internet package.

So people who think they get internet with their new package have to really read the small print to see what speeds and allowance they will get. Most people get the slower speeds and fair usage allowance.

Well at least the new cap only applies to new customers though. I've seen the announcement that existing customers won't have their terms changed. Hence I still get 3GB.
