Looks quite good tbh, it's a MASSIVE change from the standard Windows layout, but it works... Pretty decent stability and performance considering it's. Pre-Beta release.
Had a little mess about with the latest Ubuntu too, that's amazing! Even running in a VM it's faster, more responsive and better looking than W7.
Pre-beta ??? its way past the beta stage, big hint in the name 'release preview' ms have done things differently this time around. This is now the 3rd 'preview' version which are considered like release candidates in terms of functionality.
Though the developer preview was more like a late beta in terms of content missing and placeholders.

Are you trying to do this on a 32bit OS machine? If so it will fail but there is a work around.
