Re: News - Wacom adds colour to Bamboo Stylus for iPad

Wacom tells us that its Bamboo Stylus for iPad improves user experience with applications for note-taking and sketching, and that the smooth, soft conductive rubber nib delivers the best 'pen-on-screen' feeling.
I know this stylus is designed for the iPad, but am I right in thinking that it'd work on any tablet that has a screen that uses the same capacitative technology?
Just thinking of getting a stylus to do some tasks that aren't that easy with my big sausage fingers - like drawing - and was looking at the cheap, no-brand items and rooCase ones on eBay. Atlhough I'll be the first to admit that £24 for a "stick" is a bit on the pricey side.

That is indeed the case. The PR states the following:

'Compatible with all media tablets using the same capacitive touch technology as the iPad'
