Still not enough for me to like them. Virgin Media & their total lack of customer service can sink into the ocean as far as I care!
Virgin Mobile, last I checked, had significantly better customer service than Virgin Media
Well, I'm happy as I now get full signal in the front room of the house now instead of only getting 2 bars in the bedroom
why would you have to opt? shouldn't this be transparent? thus wherever you are, you connect to the best connection, whether it's offerd by orange, t-mobile or whoever they have a deal with?
isn't that how other companies who have shared/combined services work for mobiles?
i thought the only other UK operators with shared agreements were Orange and T-Mobile, and you do have to opt into the network sharing at the moment.
