£300?
SIX DIMM slots? Wonder how that's going to work with the quad-channel memory controller...
Guess you get 1, 2 ,3 or 4 channels depending on which slots you use.

can molex please die already...
@RedFlames - lol!
Looks pretty tasty from where I'm sat.
Six RAM slots? got my money pretty spiffy looking design as well.
Well not really. If you have five GPUs in there, even within PCI-e specification they can draw 375W through the PCI-e slots. High-end cards often draw more than the 75W per slot. There have been cases where the 24-pin motherboard connector has melted due to the current passing through it to supply the graphics cards. That molex connector is there to provide extra power to the PCI-e slots.
What would you rather?
Other than the southbridge fan (now that should die already!) the layout generally looks good. GPUs aren't going to get in the way of the PCI slot, there's plenty of SATAs (although I'm not clear if all the SATA ports are 6gbps or some are 3gbps) and while there should be more USB 3 ports (looks like 6 headers for USB 2), nothing too much to complain about.
I doubt SATA is rated for sufficient power that it'd make a difference - no HDD draws anywhere near 75W, obviously!
But OK, a PCI-e would certainly make more sense than a molex.
What's your hatred of molex connectors founded on, btw? My personal objection is probably one that most users don't come across.. that is, it's harder to hot-plug them than other connectors - the system used to reboot occasionally back in the day when I was hotplugging HDDs.
And I suppose there's always that awkward one that's completely jammed in the socket and a nightmare to separate..
