I guess that as a technology that's reaching the point where the founding fathers are of "an age", we can expect more and more of this.

C was the first serious language I had a stab at a while back. As Saracen said we are beginning to lose some of the greats now.
We lost Tony Sale a few weeks ago too.
I am only just beginning to learn about the value of some of the things this man provided for us. I hope we have many more people able to contribute as much as he has.
Thanks to Dennis Ritchie we don't have to program with machine codes, which gave us so much more fun in programming.
Rest in peace Dennis and thanks for all the curly brackets :-{
