    dont like steve jobs r apple at all, but this provided me with lulz, he must b in top 3 of usless action figures next to jesus and JLS action figures, just havnt decided the order yet, think they are all 1st

    Apple apparently threatened legal action accusing In Icons of creating a doll that "resembles the technology company's logo, person's name, appearance, or likeness of its products."
    Is this Apple trying to patent/copyright a person? Is that legal, especially with said person having joined the heavenly focus group?

    That said, I'm kind of glad - it's bad enough with all the supermarkets/bookshops having the Jobs biography in the bargain displays, having this figure glaring out at you as well I find extremely creepy.

    Any idea who would buy a "Steve Jobs action figure"? Only diehard Apple fans as far as I can tell. And is there a Bill Gates and/or Steve Ballmer one for the opposing team?

    It was pulled because there was a design patent infringement (the design had a face attached to a body with arms and legs)
