Can I suggest spending on money on improving the firmware in their phones. They aren't the worst but making reliable android firmware that's up to date (< 3 months old) seems to be a real skill and could well help them win the battle?

Firmware isn't too bad for the galaxy s2 but could certainly be better. A bit of basic info about new releases wouldn't take too much effort. Now with any luck all that investment will bring some affordable oled tvs sooner or later.
