Article seems to imply that merely unlocking your bootloader will invalidate the warranty - so even if you don't subsequently slap on a copy of Cyanogen9 on the Transformer, you'll be "on your own".

That said, I'm not sure how easy it'd be to lock that b/l back up again ...
