    Once I had these installed, they showed as 12.3 which is a little bit strange.

    It could mean that the drivers for that graphics card were updated. It depends on the OS that you're using.

    No mention of improving OpenCL, I guess that means GPU accelerated renders in Blender cycles will continue to be void of lighting and transparency. sigh
