But the 64 was great. The Sinclair, even with the RAM pack ran out of memory too quickly and was too slow, but it was a lovely programmers machine. The 64 felt so much quicker and with the 5.25 drive it was a proper computer. I wrote loads of useful stuff on it. And played. The CBM64 was easily the most influential machine I ever owned.
