Nope. But then Skys TOS allows them to do pretty much what they want, when they want.
And there is plenty of other things to complain about with Sky....like charging £10 per month, per box, to use the boxes HDD to record.....that is the box and HDD that you own, not sky....and charging another £10/month/box for the HD channels........it's obviously some new super tech that deserves to carry a premium!

Well iirc South korea had pumped alot of money into LG and a few others to develop 4k OLED tvs so I will be waiting... if this was OLED and I had won the lottery I would be buying this asap , but alas its not OLED so its not an amazing achievement, id rather have a picture quality that can rival the mighty Pioneer and we need HVD to kick off with mass storage asap!.
Cant wait, the next 5 years is certainly going to be interesting.
I can imagine uses for screens this large and resolutions this high.
I'd love a huge Smart TV in my living room, especially when I re-build a wall and have have the TV where we have a set of glass doors. Would be cool to have a full HD stream playing in a ~42" segment of the screen as well as additional content being displayed on the rest of the screen. Never mind picture in picture, we can have a full TV stream, plus others to the side. If done right, this could be really awesome and a definite reason to get these monster sets. You wouldn't need a bigger living room to sit further back as you would be concentrating on different portions of the screen at different times.
