I wish microsoft had called the phone OS surface or something, as despite what Microsoft may think about leveraging the brand "windows" it drives many people away.

Hmm, don't think "surface phone" is any improvement. As far as I understood it, the idea was that people would automatically recognise the Windows "brand", so not be scared off of a different OS.

Shame they couldn't have used "Windows Metro" or just "Metro" phone for short.

Honestly, Apple is being a bit of a baby. You cant patent things like rounded edges on a phone. Its just ridiculous!

Im sorry but apple should not sue Samsung over anything be cause guess who makes the core component that is in the the majority of mobile apple products? hmm? anyone? no? OK well then the answer is SAMSUNG the main processor is made by samsung for goodness sake so basically apple is sueing the company that make the core processor for their iphones, ipads and ipods which samsung could just cut them off entirely but they haven't so do tell me why not?
