My mission does not start tonight or any other night where COD is concerned, trash game is trash................. especially on PC.

The only thing i like about this game are those trailers..

I enjoy the single player.

Online is trash and just a copy of all the others.

My wife got it for her Xbox. She was so excited.

However the graphics are bad. The straight edges are all blocky and its the same old same old.

You cannot polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter. That is how i see the COD franchise.

I'm one player down from a pen&paper RPG session tonight thanks to COD: not that's I've lost him to playing the game, but stuck in work to cope with the expect rush of people wanting to buy it

Have to say it's not a franchise that's ever appealed to me - if I wanted to shoot things with mundane guns and drive tanks I'd've joined the army. I need plasma rifles or fireball spells before I'll even consider a game

I think I'm going to give this one a miss and just pre-order FarCry 3.

I'll probably do what I did with the COD:MW games: pick them up about a year down the line for not much in a random sale. I'm not really one for their online play, and I have stacks of games queued up (Skyrim still being worked on, Borderlands too once in a while, XCOM that I only just got around to playing a little at the weekend. The list goes on)
