    (Try Googling for "htc apple lte iphone5" and you'll be rewarded with a lot of news articles - I'm surprised that this news had passed me by up until this point)

    Great - just what we need - another spin around the legal "wheel of stupid".

    Although as some who's royally p'd off by Apple's attitude viz legal issues all I can say is ... go team Samsung!
