As far as I am concerned, "Creative" is worse than Apple. Apple is frequently accused of not pushing the boundaries sufficiently with each generation, but look what Creative has produced in the *5* years :/
So apple should be rewarded for their unique inventions. Everyone spouts 'antennagate' amd 'mapsgate' what about androidgate, google and various other companys have been fobbing the public off with inferior, cheap, tacky rubbish for years thats just a cheap nasty version of a quality product.
Apple should be rewarded with the immediate baning and removal from sale of all android products, then companies would have to go back to creating original products and innovation and competition would be back on track.

Creative have made some nice stuff and their new line of soundcards are lovely products - but they price themselves out of the market for PC audio and really have very poor consumer support (aka driver support)

Apple only have a phone on the market because of all the ideas they stole off other companies, the multi touch feature for example. Not only that, they are stopping other companies for innovation, a they file patents on every idea they have.
They took inspiration from other companies products, yes, but then they created something unique and different, then google came along, 'copy' 'paste' 'ruin it a bit' there, thatll do as a product, lets reap the rewards of copying....Apple only have a phone on the market because of all the ideas they stole off other companies, the multi touch feature for example. But not only that, its simply the fact apple created something different and unique, that took the market by storm, then google wanted a slice of that pie, and instead if inventing something better, theymjust thought 'thatll do, we'll do that'

And apple have every right to sue, seek compensation, and do what they have to, to protect their unique style.
Ooh, so they have release new cards. Still, they sat on X-Fi line for.. 6 years (and during that time, the move of the EMU20K1 -> EMU20K2 is even less substantial than the iPhone 4 to the 4S).
I stand by what I've said. Creative is far worse as far as sitting on their early glory is concerned.
