I`m very tempted to get one of these although hopefull they`ll have them in tesco/john lewis so I can have a mess with one.
I loved my kindle before my mum borrowed it and I`ve never seen it since![]()
Sorry the price is too high considering their Fire HD is cheaper, plus a Nexus 7 (8GB) is also cheaper, plus they do more. OK they don't have 3G connectivity ... but you buy a Kindle to read books? Even the WiFi £109 is a bit steep. Make it £99 maybe.
Think I'll wait till someone goes to the US![]()
Really would like one but I still have my kindle keyboard with the official leather case with light. I see no need to change.

I just wish they had a regular Kindle with the new screen. Or at least put the buttons back on the sides and added the option to disable the touchscreen during reading. I had a try of the Kindle Touch when it came out, but there's no really comfortable way to hold it without at least one digit touching the screen, which inevitably results in undesired page turns and such.
