Well, it depends on what situation/industry - 25 years isn't necessarily a huge amount of time if it's a drug which has taken 12 year of R&D and only has 13 years to make back it's investments *and profits*. For an technology as short lived as mobile phones it may seem ridiculous yes.Quote:

All the money spent in lawyers and all court actions could have been used to improve their products which in my book are the most expensive, yet have the less quality.
But yeah, just like "CoD", while people pay for the brand they will not improve it since it's making money and yeah, it's all about money now.
