Mmmm looking for a new keyboard, this may be a contender![]()
Looks like my next keyboard will be this, or the roccat mk pro when its released.. hmmm.. decisions decisions..
Quoth the server... "404"
O common, I was looking forward to something like a K70, a smaller keyboard like the K60 but backlit. Screw you TinyTomLoagan! you got me all excited but corsair ignored you...![]()
Does look tempting, but bit pricey and I'll probably never use the macro keys.
I like the look of this, however can someone tell me what on God's green earth no keyboards have a bloody sleep button !!!
Without the macro keys it would be my perfect keyboard.
Life is like a hair on a toilet seat. Sooner or later you're bound to get pissed off!
It seems no-one wants the macro keys, but I love everything else, the per-key back-lighting, the full length wrist rest, the anodised aluminium, the volume roller.
Doesn't seem to bring anything new to the table?
Only keyboard from them I could be interested in would be a smaller form factor.
The improvements are:
1) All keys mechanical (F-keys, home cluster)
2) Customisable back-lighting
3) Anodised black frame
I'm not saying they haven't added stuff when compared to their own products, I'm meaning to mechanical keyboard in general, maybe the frame I guess but that's a personal looks thing anyway.
Well the frame is unique, the volume roller is pretty unique (some poorer quality copies), there aren't many others that use MX-reds.
The customisable back lighting is pretty rare, unless you can get hold of a Ducky Shine II.
What more do you want?
Are you sure you can't assign a macro key to that?
Think I'd be constantly going for the macro keys on the left, had the same issue with my G11 just couldn't get used to it - VERY nice looking keyboard though; would be great if they did a 'K65'
