Is it going to be Sony pricing as well? (ie very high) I expect this to be priced around iPad territory.
I'm not a fan of Sonys Android updates though. Still would prefer a Google Nexus device JUST so one can update easily.

:D Going to agree with Biscuit - while a lighter device is desirable to me, a thinner one isn't. Especially when - as you point out - you're talking about fractions of a mm. After all, don't most people these days stuff their tablets in cases, which adds bulk?Quote:

Sony claim that they learned a hard lesson from the Xperia update debacle. Certainly in recent months they've been making encouraging noises about being a bit more on the ball with updates. Now if they can move from the current "edge" designs to a more curvy one then they might get me back as a customer - when I've finished paying for my S3. I really liked the design of my old X10 but the latest Xperia's are too uncomfortable to hold.Quote:

I loved holding my X10 in my hand too. That was a very comfy phone to hold. It was also extremely stable. Think I'll wait and see if they keep current hand sets up to date and if so maybe I'll replace my note with a Sony at upgrade time... (Assuming they do a phone with a large enough screen!)Quote:
