Waiting for the price to drop. On unlimited package for £14 per month, not spending £11 extra considering I am lucky enough to get 20MB/sec already.

The increase is worth the little extra. I'm consistently getting at least 50Mbit/s down and 17Mbit/s up, meaning I can download at over 6MB/s and upload around 2MB/s.

The line stability is pretty impressive too. I've had no noticeable issues since getting BT Infinity 2 either, compared to a few more issues with previous ADSL broadband providers.

My exchange just says 2013, I have a feeling it wont make it out to us either, I get about 2 to 4 Mbps so I'm a long way from the exchange.

I was hopping to see some part of Sheffield to get this. SamKnows tells me my exchange will get fibre on 31/3/2013. But BT haven't got it on that list.

They should make FTTH mandatory for all new build houses. My exchange was FTTC enabled 2 years ago, but my housing estate has not been upgraded for some reason.

Re: News - BT rolls out fibre to a further 1.2 million premises

I wonder when they will do something about people connected directly to exchanges. You would think it would be fairly cost effective compared to digging up the street and installing a new larger cabinet and a power supply.

(My exchange is at the end of my road)
