Dishonoured was great fun. I don't have a PS3 to play journey sadly, but I know it's meant to be one of the best games on the console.
Far Cry was excellent, even with the horrific storyline.
Thomas was Alone, Danny Wallace. I'm surprised, but not unimpressed. He did do an excellent job, but I would never have expected such a small game to get a Bafta.
BAFTA stands for British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
Why are they trying to do video game awards ? Does British TV suck that much ?

Far Cry 3 best (IMO) but what about Borderlands 2?
Journey?! Never heard of it... perhaps next year they should have a "Games for chicks" category to "award" this kind of arty stuff.
Keep getting Steam "special offers" on this - is it any good? Looked at a couple of YouTube vids and it looks like an Assassin's Creed 2 "homage" ;) with added magical powers. Could do with something to make up for the disappointment (so far) that is AC3.Quote:

If you point proudly at reality shows as the "highlight" of your TV output then yes - British TV does suck. On the other hand I'll argue that there's a lot of less popular shows that are pretty good. Oh, and I'll argue to my last breath that UK kids and news programmes are better than their US equivalents. Well it's not beyond me, it's made by a very small indie studio that doesn't have a marketing budget the size of Mars...
But it's probably my favourite game of all time (I loved the original NS mod for half life a decade ago), so I'm biased :)

There is some replay value with two different endings and many different ways to complete each mission. What does limit it, is that once you find the easy way of doing each mission the challenge level drops massively.
Mind you I'd have been quite happy paying the money just for the first play-through alone.
