Bit sad really.

I must admit my smartphone is also my mp3 player and quite often watch video too!

Sadly today we're constantly in front of a screen, be it our PC, tablet, laptop, washing machine, phone... its only set to get worse

Hardly surprising really, infact I expected it to be longer.

I wouldn't be surprised if part of the time is drawn from time that would have been spent in front of a TV 20 years ago.

I can't agree that it is particularly sad though.

Why is it sad? I always find it confusing when a mass change in social behavior is deemed as 'sad'. It's nothing of the sort, its just a change, GET USED TO IT!

Someone beat me to it, but it sounds like it's just time taken from the TV!

I don't watch my smartphone screen whan calling people. My eyes are in the wrong place. I guess 17% of people hold it at an angle and use mirrors?(I know, i'm taking a statistic and completely ignoring the real meaning and adapting it for my own point - like the government does)

Besides... Is that all? I think my phone gets at least 3 hours.. Games, texts, bored glances, internet. Also, 15% for Using Apps ..i wonder if that includes facebook since most people I know are so addicted they are on it more than off.
