Nah, when I was watching Newcastle play Anzhi I was trying to keep an eye on the other scores that night, but as with many football stadiums, the 3g performance was rubbish (I had good signal, so presumably it was just over-saturated) and I couldn't even get push goal notifications or load new tweets, let alone visit BBC Sport online pages.

It's nice to be able to have coverage at half time so you can do other things, or at full time when you're at the back of a stand and having to wait a good 10-15 minutes to get out.

especially near the end of the season, when results elsewhere could be significant!

or if your missus wants to know if you can pop to a shop on the way home
