Is there a "mad haggis muncher" in the house, please? Our only chance so far turned out to be English! ;O)

@crossy: Any idea what a mad haggis tastes like? ;-)

No idea what "mad haggis" tastes like - but I was asked to describe the difference between "good" and "bad" haggis ... now there's a question!

Is this just the a case of EE being able to roll out new software and a few hardware tweaks to the existing LTE infrastructure? I would guess that those locations in their network also have larger, higher bandwidth back hauls from the cell towers enabling this higher bandwidth.
