It'll be interesting to know how the 14" copes with cooling. I've an M14X-R2 and it's gimped from a cooling perspective as the CPU and GPU share the same heat dispenser leading to GPU throttling at a certain temperature.

Re: News - Razer announces Haswell-based ‘Blade’ gaming laptops
Gaming on a notebook just doesnt sound a good idea at all. Maybe one day they will be at the level we all wish for

It would suit most gamers needs, so yes I would call it a gaming laptop. Not that I'd pay that much for one.
Personally I think they made a stupid comparison by saying it's thinner than a dime. Thin it may be, but it is not thinner than a dime. they're comparing the width of a laptop with the height of something else, otherwise I'll just claim that every single one of my components is thinner than a sheet of a4 paper.

He only happens to be Razers CEO and founder. Quite an inspirational fellow he is.

Min-Liang Tan, born Singapore, currently resides San Fran.
Some of us from that part of the world do sound strange to the natives in GB :p

The 765m is pretty average as far as I can see. Unless you enjoy ramping down the detail settings on more demanding releases of course. It may be the logical choice for the smaller model, but the Pro would really have benefited from some extra horsepower.

Shame they cheaped out on the display, I wouldn't get it just because of that (display is very important to me). The heat issues are pretty obvious but in none of the reviews have they said its actually caused issues like shutting down, just not happy to have it on your lap which happens with most laptops at some point :P
