    Micmrosoft's Tami Reller...

    F7 spell check! LoL

But seriously, will this be the answer? Going to take a lot to over power Windows 7.

Yes, I had to read that twice ! I thought it was the hot weather making my eyes go funny....

I dont think Win 8 will ever take the crown from Win 7, looking at the Pie chart from an earlier editorial Win 8 will have to add something new like DX12 before Win 7 users change !

I reserve judgment until I have tried it but based on the official "whats new" list I am not optimistic. Some of what I dislike is trivial (eg no clock permantently on metro start screen), some of it is serious (W8 does not play nicely with NASs when used to store your media libraries) and some of what I dislike goes to the core of W8 philosophy (touch, everything in cloud and similar).

After a couple of weeks I had stopped noticing the lack of the start button
