No fan blowing onto the GPU is a mistake to me.... Probably aimed at water cooling, but for those that won't this is not likely to be adequate.

No, not water cooling. This is aimed at the tourists with AIO liquid coolers.

There's two blowing right over them from the front. That's plenty.
