It would've been good if they had done it a while ago but also included in the bundle actually being in the game somewhere. That would be more worth it :)

Sadly somewhere along the line "Dubai" became synonymous in certain media for "Exclusive/Rich" - although I suspect it is mostly stuffed with the faux-rich and a strata of mildly wealthy that are to the truly rich what chavs are to the average British person (as in the ones that give us/them a bad name).

Yep, but then again isn't that true for most of these "special editions"? Remember seeing a "cost it" appraisal of the last Assassins' Creed top-of-the-line special edition and you were paying a good few quid over the odds for it.

Actually the sheer stupidity of it is part of the attraction for me - a lot of games these days are taking themselves way too seriously, becoming a bit po-faced as a result.

As to the SDWWE, if I had a stupendously large lottery win then Koch could have the cheque by return of post! Although the practical side of me would prefer an Audi R8 V10 to the Lambo. In the meantime, I'll just have to content with my C-in-C edition pre-order and my clapped out rust bucket. :'(

At least according to the articles I've seen. Actually there's a pretty good overview of the design process (whaddya mean ... you thought that they just got drunk and scribbled something down? LOL) given at this Penny Arcade article

I'm guessing it's the plastic surgery for facial reconstruction into one of the games characters that brings the price to a million.

They specially maked that edition only they make good advertisement to make larger fame game in games media :)
