Note: this will NOT give you directly viewable stereo pairs! The distance between the lense centres is FAR too small. However, if this is a computational vision system (and all the talk of resolution doubling and post-capture refocussing suggests is it) then you may be able to create a depth map of the scene using the camera pair and use this to generate a correctly spaced stereo pair. It won't work with close objects (because you'd be trying to generate viewpoints to the 'side' of objects without capturing an image of those objects' sides), but beyond a metre of so it should function with minimal artifacts.
