If the Bitcoin price could just increase another 10 fold I could just about afford a ticket. Although at that point I think I'd much rather just pay off my mortgage.

Given that just a few years ago 1 Bitcoin was worth $0.08 and now it's pushing $800, it's staggering to think that you could buy a flight to space with the coins from a currency that was comparable to Zimbabwean dollars. In today's money, you need around 300BTC. That would have cost a mere $25 a few years ago and at the time people said it was overvalued.

If you'd bought coins at the beginning this year, you could have been let off with a mere $10,000 ticket.

The laughable thing is that each month goes past as people wish they'd jumped on the bandwagon earlier. I'm very tempted to put a few hundred in to see what happens.
