can you upgrade bundles? I didn't get the big pack as I already own Civ5, but I'd be interested in pirates.

Not entirely sure tbh. I went for the $15 bundle so all I had to do was click on my original email and the extras were there ready to be redeemed.

Yeah, if you register and go to your account page it gives you the option to "top up" and receive the next tiers awards.
