Intel has had some issues with 14NM - this is why the refresh is happening.

It also means most of the mobile Intel CPUs will be still Haswell. It appears Broadwell will only be available at the end of the year for some segments,ie,ULV and Iris Pro equipped models.

The ones listed in the article, no to both questions. There are others in the range that will though.

looking at that makes me happy that I bought i7-4770K in a good price - since it will have to last much longer that I anticipated. Shame on you lazy Intel ;]
