Yes, if they're an improvement on the 'old' Greens, count me in, too.

And me! Samsung Green 30nm 8GB kit is the best memory I've ever had.

How many read/write/erase cycles do they support at 20nm? :P

I can see this being good for datacenters (if they actually make ECC versions) but can't see it being useful to anyone in the home, including SFF builds.

I doubt it....newer process is probably more expensive while they make money back from upgrading the manufacturing lines.....plus DDR4 production seems to have started.....new RAM normally means all RAM goes up as there will be less DDR3 made due to capacity being stolen for DDR4

Just picked up on this: "We are informed that SRAM miniaturisation...". Would that be a typo? A reasonable assumption with S and D adjacent on a QWERTY keyboard.

What, so they can abandon it again like they did with their 30nm ddr3 that was so popular?

My bet is they abandoned it due to complaints from the regular memory manufacturers, that hurt their price fixing. Samsung was selling great memory at a low price, and I'm sure they didn't like that.
