You do know that the cranium is only a part of the skull, don't you? So no total skull then.
Furthermore they didn't even replace the whole of the cranium (which is everything apart from the mandible). If they had then she'd have had her eyes transplanted into new sockets and and her internal nasal tissues similarly given a new home, along with her entire brain. That's not gonna happen any time soon. It wasn't even the whole of the brain case!
