uPlay was the reason I returned FarCry 3, especially as it was coupled with the Punkbuster service which launched every time I started my PC regardless of whether or not I was playing an associated game.

As good as the franchise is, nothing will compel me to purchase another title from Ubisoft.

Punkbuster caught me out too so - figuring that since I don't MP more than an hour or two a year - I deinstalled it. PC was happier after that and no game stopped working.

Expecting so much from FarCry4.
FarCry3 was just awesome. One of the best games i played since i build my new PC.

Agreed, I feel the same and will buy the game as soon as it's released in November!
