No body wants to know ANYTHING?

Come on guys...someone must wanna ask one of the biggest chipset manufacturers on the planet something?

Like: Have you ever thought about making a chipset that included your OWN built in graphics.....not someone elses?

Alright, my questions are pretty much all southbridge related:

When are 7.1 vinyl audio, Gbit LAN and PCI express appearing on your top of the line southbridge?

And are you going to be implementing PCI/AGP locks on all your chipsets from now on? (You know it makes sense).

Why is it with some of the Via Chipsets with the new ATI drivers you have to knock the AGP speed down to 4x (Older drivers run at 8x perfectly ok) ???

I have been onto tech support for my board and it should work just fine so I'm thinking its the chipset

Second that - I have an MSI board with a KT600 chipset and I constantly get VPU recover coming up with AGP x8.

(And yes If I just turn off VPU recover it will just hang)

I think the VIA boards are getting better. Just wish they would make boards that overclock well and are overclocker freindly with decent onboard sound. Until then the nforce boards will be better even though i think the VIA boards are more stable.

    Just my 2p
